When the desired wall height is achieved, finish the wall by securing cap units along the top with 2 beads of VERSA-LOK Concrete Adhesive. The units must be dry for the adhesive to stick. Also, make sure adhesive tubes are kept in a warm place just prior to use.

Caps may be placed set back, flush, or slightly hung over the wall face. Overhanging caps about 3/4 inch creates a nice eyebrow effect and helps hide minor imperfections in the wall's alignment.

Arrange cap units on the wall BEFORE securing them with VERSA-LOK Concrete Adhesive as you may need to make modifications to a few caps.

With caps secured, backfill behind the caps with topsoil (impervious soil). It's strongly recommended to immediately finish the top of your wall. This lets you grade the top of your wall to prevent water buildup and move water away from the wall face.
